Can I bring my Dog to Go North?
No, we are sorry, but some of our human guests are afraid of dogs, and we want to be sure all of our guests have a great time. Dogs are not permitted on the grounds or in the campground.
What time can I check in to the campground?
On Friday night you can arrive any time after 3pm. All passenger vehicles must be parked in visitor parking before 6:00pm. If you arrive later you will need to carry your gear in. Trailers must arrive prior to 5:00pm. Remember, the live music this evening is downtown, so plan to drive, bike or walk down after community night to take that free concert and Boat Parade of Lights in. THERE WILL BE NO “DAY OF” Campground spots available for purchase for Friday and Saturday Night.
On Saturday you can arrive any time after 10am. All passenger vehicles must be parked in visitor parking before 3:00pm as we can not have vehicles on the concert grounds or campsite when gates open. If you arrive later you will need to carry your gear in. Trailers must arrive prior to 2:30pm. You may only check in befor 3pm if you have purchased advance tickets. Day of arrivals must purchase their festival ticket when gates open at 3, then purchase camping and set up.
Checkout is by Noon on Sunday.
What are the Campground rules?
Make sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are plumbed washrooms on site close to the camping area and a potable water refilling station. Bring a flashlight. You'll need a tent and bedding (Passenger vehicles are not allowed in the campground), or your Trailer (30' trailer max). There are no power hookups. There will be a group campfire, but individual campfires will not be permitted. You may bring a camp stove or small BBQ for cooking. You can bring any food or drink you like, but NO GLASS please. The campground area is for registered campers only, no guests. You'll get a bracelet that lets our campground gate attendant know you are registered for the campground.
What can I bring on the Concert Grounds?
This is a licensed event, no outside alcohol will be permitted on the concert grounds during the event. We have a variety of vendors with vegan and gluten free as well as traditional options for food and beverage. We are doing our best to make Go North light on our environmental footprint, so please do feel free to use a refillable water bottle - we have a refilling station on site - bottled water will not be sold by our vendors. Other non-alcoholic beverages will be for sale at our food vendor booths.
Please do bring sunscreen, insect repellant, a hat or umbrella, a blanket or camp chair, and cash for purchasing items with our vendors in case debit/credit is not an option with them.
